A structured program for calm, clarity and emotional resilience

This 6-week Calm Abiding Meditation Course offers practical, experiential training to help you cultivate greater calm, clarity, and emotional balance in everyday life.

More than a relaxation technique, Calm Abiding meditation is a systematic practice that develops stability of attention, self-awareness, and inner resilience. Through guided instruction and regular practice, you will learn how to work skilfully with the body, breath, thoughts, and emotions, enabling you to respond to life’s challenges with greater presence, confidence, and ease.

Drawing on time-tested contemplative traditions and presented in a secular, accessible format, this course provides a step-by-step foundation for developing a sustainable meditation practice. Participants often report improvements in concentration, stress management, emotional regulation, sleep quality, and overall well-being.

Whether you are completely new to meditation or seeking to deepen an existing practice, this course offers a supportive environment in which to explore the benefits of mindfulness and cultivate lasting inner stability.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for discussion, questions, and individual guidance throughout the course.
